About Us
The Kennedy, Alabama facility produces pressure-treated utility poles for various utility companies located in the U.S. and overseas. Plant operations include kiln drying, auto-framing and pressure treating with DCOI, CCA and CCA with a climbing additive (“CCA CE”). The plant receives peeled poles from UIP’s remote peeling operations as well as third party lumber mills.
